With over 10 years of experience in and exposure to inner healing and mindfulness techniques, Namrata is a certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator and a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Practitioner from Mindful Leader. She is also a certified Oracle guide.
Namrata Chakhaiyar is a Corporate Executive turned Wellness & Mindfulness Catalyst. She has been practicing Healing & Mindfulness for the last 10 years during her stay in Dhaka and Budapest and now in Bangalore.
Her 13-year corporate experience in Wipro included HR and software development roles. This was extremely fulfilling until she suffered physically and emotionally due to burn-out. She was bedridden and unable to continue working. The standard medical treatment did not have much effect. It was at this time that after much soul searching, she discovered that “self-care” and “self-love” were key to her recovery. This was impetus enough for her to reach out and help the scores around her who suffered the stress, strain and trauma that led to burnouts. This has continued for the last 10 plus years with much commitment to help others make the change in their lifestyle, empowering them to live the life they love.
An avid singer who is training in Hindustani vocals, Namrata loves to travel and absorb the rich cultural experiences around her.
Her passion, experience and qualifications provide the right mix to be a wellness catalyst and game-changer in the lives of organisations and individuals alike.
